For flashing lights/spinning feature to be activated, this items requires 3 x AA batteries (not included). Product is automatically switched on when batteries inserted, and there is a switch on the side to enable the top section to spin/revolve. Batteries need to be removed to turn off item. This item also requires some assembly.
