Easy online ordering with payment options of Mastercard , Visacard, AMEX, Paypal or Zip pay, or phone direct to our distribution warehouse (07) 5523 0136. Order before 2pm on business days and we will dispatch same day from our Tweed warehouse.
RETURNS: If you wish to return any products as you are unhappy with your colour or size choice, we will accept returned goods within the 30 day period from invoice date that have not been opened, and are still in the original packaging in a saleable condition. We will NOT give any credit on opened or used products. Please return unopened products via registered post or trackable courier to us (at your expense), to Lanternshop Pty Ltd, PO Box 143, Bogangar NSW 2488 and enclose a copy of your original order inside. The tracking number must be emailed to email@example.com to ensure safe receipt back to us. If goods are not returned via a trackable method and are lost in transit, Lanternshop Group will not be responsible for processing your claim and no further action will be taken by us. When goods have been received by us, we will inspect the goods and advise you of the amount we will credit back to your credit card.
Please ensure you order your goods in plenty of time for your event. The shipping/delivery time estimates at the checkout are not guaranteed by Australia Post. To avoid any disappointment please order early, as we do not refund any shipping fees if Australia Post encounters any delay. Collection from our Tweed warehouse is available Mon-Fri 1pm-4pm. Guarantee: The Lanternshop Group has earned a reputation for providing outstanding customer service backed by a huge range of quality products - this means that you can relax and enjoy your shopping experience online. Our Guarantee starts from the date of invoice/order and continues for a period of 30 days thereafter, giving you plenty of time to open, check and test your products. All lighting products are tested before packaging, however in the unlikely event you find that a product or products seem to be not in working order, you need only contact us within the 30 day period to arrange a replacement or a credit for the item/s that are faulty. If you find that Lanternshop has sent you the wrong colour, size or product than what you have ordered please contact us asap so we rectify immediately.
Website Images: All colours depicted on the websites are close to original as possible, however depending upon the quality of your computer, age of your screen, the browser you are using, the computer system you are using, available lighting etc that you may be using, the colour may at all times seem different to the product when it arrives. Lanterns will look different at night than at daytime. If selecting a product based on a night image, be aware that in daylight the colour will change. All efforts have been made by the Lanternshop Group to ensure that at the time of photographing products, the colour is depicted as true as possible. We also list all size dimensions of all products in cm to help you make a suitable choice. We suggest purchasing sample lanterns to check on colours and sizing before making large volume orders. If you have any queries about colours/sizing, etc. please contact us by phone, email or via our chat line prior to purchasing.
For all international deliveries, please check with local customs authorities before ordering if your goods are subject to any taxes on arrival - Lanternshop Pty Ltd is not responsible for any duties/taxes to be paid.
