INSTRUCTIONS:   Requires 1 x AA battery (not included) for the arm to wave.   Insert battery into base of cat and the arm will start to swing automatically.  If its slow to start, gently push down on arm to begin the swinging motion.   See video for swinging arm.  There is no on/off switch, simply remove the battery for the arm to stop swinging.
