AUSTRALIAN ORDERS: All orders over $50.00 will receive FREE standard shipping via Australia Post e-parcel road freight. Orders under $50.00 will have a shipping charge of $9.95.
Orders with payment received before midday (NSW time) during business days will be dispatched same day. Approximate delivery times as follows:

You will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details when your parcel has left our Tweed warehouse. To ensure safe receipt of your order - All parcels MUST be signed for.
Please use a delivery address where you are available to sign for the goods (home, business or PO Box) so we can get your order to you as quick as possible. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left with details of collection from the Australia Post outlet.
Authority to Leave: NOTE: All orders MUST be signed for on delivery to ensure safe receipt to you - however if you have included AUTHORITY TO LEAVE comments at checkout, we can arrange this, however we cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has not been received by you, and will not resend or refund your order or enter into any negotiations. We recommend that you do not ask for an 'authority to leave' to avoid any disappointment.
NOTE: EXPRESS SHIPPING BY AIR can be offered (price on application by phoning our Distribution Centre 07 55230136) providing there are NO items in your order containing LITHIUM batteries (e.g. led tealight candle, budget light etc), as these are classed as DANGEROUS GOODS and cannot be sent via air freight. Express delivery charges are calculated based on weight/cubic size of your order and are sent via Australia Post Express service.
NOTE: Please order your products well in advance of your event to ensure goods will be delivered to you on time. We do not refund shipping charges if you have not allowed enough time for delivery or Australia Post encounters delays. NEW ZEALAND ORDERS – Please email us email@example.com or our live chat with your order enquiry. We can advise shipping charges, and email you an invoice via paypal. Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days. Goods are sent via International Express Courier service from Australia, and delivered locally by NZ Post. An email will be sent with tracking details when goods have left our distribution centre.
Note: Please check with local customs authority before ordering if your goods or order will be subject to any duty/taxes on arrival into New Zealand. Lanternshop Pty Ltd is not responsible for any duties/taxes to be paid.
We are unable to send to New Zealand any items that contain lithium batteries, as these can only be sent via road freight within Australia.
