All orders are professionally packaged with the utmost of care.   All silk lanterns are erected and tested in our warehouse before sending.

***NOTE:  BRISBANE customers can collect orders to save postage.  Please call Karen 0417647794 to organise or email k.dragonfly@yahoo.com.au***  We are based at Wellington Point.

Australian delivery - Delivery charge of only $12.95 per order.  (or Brisbane customers can collect).

All orders with an Australian delivery address will be despatched from our Brisbane store within 2 working days from receipt of payment. 

Smaller parcels will be sent Registered Mail via Australia Post, larger parcels will be sent via courier service, as Australia Post has carton size limitations.        *** Please provide a home or business address (not a p.o. box) as couriers are unable to deliver to PO Box)    ***Please ensure full delivery instructions are included with your order and contact telephone numbers. 

We will advise when order is packed method of delivery by email.   Registered mail by Australia Post requires a signature for delivery .  Items can be delivered to home or business address.  You may need to collect carton from local post office if you are not at home at the time of delivery.Courier drivers may leave your carton at your front door or on verandah if you are not at home at time of delivery.  Please include any special instructions at time of purchase.   If you nominate a business address for delivery, please include business hours or any helpful information for courier.   This will help ensure quick and smooth delivery.

International delivery - We are happy to post your orders anywhere in the world.  As the postal charges are always different, please email us first at mail@lanternshop.com.au and advise your delivery address and order, then I will email you an invoice including delivery.

Note 1:  Although the lanterns are very light and do not weigh much, Australia Post and courier companies charge by cubic weight (i.e. by size of the box), so international postage can seem expensive

Note 2:  In the unlikely event of any damage to your goods in transit, please advise by email including pictures within 7 days.
